Fronius Wattpilot monitors your car's consumption with the Fronius Solar.Wattpilot app.
It is also designed for integration with the photovoltaic system, so vehicle recharging becomes even more convenient thanks to the use of solar energy.

SAFETY FUNCTIONS:
 
RFID Access Control: Charging can only be initiated by those who have a valid ID chip (RFID).
Anti-theft lock of the charging socket.
Additional protection can be fitted to the charging box cable (lock not included in delivery): thus securing the Fronius Wattpilot to the wall ensures greater safety.
Residual current device with direct current detection: 30mA on the AC side, 6mA on the DC side.
Checking the phases and the input voltage prevents damage to the charging unit of the electric car in the event of a phase missing.
Auxiliary contact on the relays for the control of the switching function (allows to detect any faulty relays).
Ground detection (can be disabled).
Three-phase current sensor to evaluate the charging current.
A small fuse for the internal electronics, which can be changed by the customer, prevents a fault if the power supply line
is connected incorrectly.
Adapter recognition with automatic reduction to 16A (only for Wattpilot Go 22 J).
Temperature monitoring: reduces the current delivered if the temperature becomes too high.

Dedicated app: Solar.Wattpilot
The new Solar.Wattpilot app (available for iOS and Android) makes it easier to recharge the electric car. In fact, with a few clicks, it is activated
the device and set the parameters to start charging. Each charging process can be monitored or controlled
later from the app.
 
Dynamic charge based on the surplus of the photovoltaic system
The dynamic charging function can be used to recharge the electric car based on the surplus energy of the photovoltaic system, thanks also to the automatic switching between single-phase and three-phase. In this way the self-consumption of
energy and the investment in the PV system is optimized.
 
Two different charging modes: Eco and Next Trip
Depending on the customer's needs, the electric car can be charged in an environmentally friendly way, when the cost of energy is lower
(Eco mode) or in anticipation of the next trip (Next Trip mode).
