General conditions of sale

Ex-works Coenergia S.r.l. (Ex Works, as defined by INCOTERMS 2000). Delivery and all related risks are borne by the customer. In its invoices, Coenergia S.r.l. includes a charge of €15.00 per pallet handled/ loaded.

Delivery by Coenergia S.r.l. (or by our carrier) with charge quoted in the order confirmation and included in the invoice. Delivery and all related risks are borne by Coenergia s.r.l. until final destination of goods. The goods are covered for 100% of the "All Risk" insurance value. The goods will be delivered following notification via the telephone number stated on the order confirmation. In any case, the minimum delivery cost applicable is €35.00.

Delivery by Coenergia S.r.l. (or by our carrier) means delivery by standard means. Customer must inform us beforehand of any special delivery needs (e.g. access to city streets no wider than 3m, deliveries to upper floors, garages, etc.) for correct delivery cost estimates. If delivery difficulties are encountered which were not previously envisaged, Coenergia s.r.l. reserves the right to charge additional delivery costs at invoicing. If a truck with a hydraulic lift gate is required to facilitate unloading, an additional charge of €45.00 will be applied.

At the customer’s request, Coenergia S.r.l. (or our carrier) can deliver goods nationally, with an express service, in 24/48 hours to north and central Italy (except remote areas) or 72 hours to the south, islands, and remote areas. Delivery costs will be quoted in the order confirmation and included in the invoice. Goods covered for 100% of the "All Risk" insurance value.
