Regular working in Coenergia

The Prime Minister's decree of 8 March established new prescriptions and precautionary measures, valid until 3 April 2020, to limit the spread of Covid 19, determining new ways of managing the health, social and operational work situation, both at national level and on identified territorial areas.

The new areas subject to specific restrictions, the so-called "Orange Zone" are: the Lombardy Region and the Provinces of Modena, Parma, Piacenza, Reggio Emilia, Rimini, Pesaro-Urbino, Alessandria, Asti, Novara, Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, Vercelli , Padua, Treviso, Venice.

The Decree provides for urgent measures to contain the infection, including restrictions on mobility, minimum distances, etc. but DOES NOT PROVIDE THE BLOCKING OF PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES, WORKING TRANSPORT and TRANSPORT and the movement of goods to and from the indicated areas.

The activities therefore continue, but in ways that can allow maximum protection for colleagues, customers and citizens.

Coenergia activities will continue regularly, compatibly with the activity of national transporters who by Decree must ensure the normal transfer of goods using precautionary measures aimed at containing the spread of the virus:

  • drivers will have to stay inside the vehicle cabin waiting for loading or unloading goods and will be able to get off only in particular situations, using all necessary precautions such as a safety distance of at least 1 meter from the interlocutor and where necessary disposable mask and gloves for delivery of documents.

During the period March 9 - April 3 we invite all customers to avoid material withdrawals and strongly recommend the use of the paid transport service that we generally provide. All transport documents, as required by the Decree, will be sent electronically.

We briefly recall the universal precautionary rules, the adoption of which is recommended to all citizens, not only workers, aimed at the prevention of respiratory diseases:
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water. The washing must be accurate for at least 60 seconds, following the ministerial indications mentioned above. If soap and water are not available, an alcohol-based hand sanitizer (alcohol concentration of at least 60%) can also be used. Use disposable paper towels.
  • Avoid close contact with people who show symptoms of respiratory disease (such as coughing and sneezing).
  • Avoid touching the nose, eyes and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Sneeze or cough into a tissue or with your elbow flexed and throw the used tissues into a closed basket immediately after use.
