The Factory Inspection certificate is required to demonstrate that the product (module, inverter, etc..) has been "built" in the European Union.
The Factory Inspection certificate can be used to obtain a 10% increase on incentives, as envisaged by GSE in the “Rules to apply to establish entitlement to incentives” provided for in the Ministerial Decree dated 5th May 2011.
