The EU RECORD CELLS AND MODULES IMPORTED FROM CHINA

Mar 06, 2013
The European Commission has provided that the customs authorities of EU Member States have to sign up wafers, solar cells and photovoltaic modules in crystalline silicon imported from China.
The registration process, introduced as a part of the CE anti-dumping investigation on Chinese solar products, is necessary for the application of any duties on imported goods. The procedure required by the Eu Prosun, led by the German solar manufacturer SolarWorld, will start with immediate effect.
