March 31, 2013: LAST DATE USEFUL FOR THE ADAPTATION OF PLANTS IN MEDIUM VOLTAGE

The deliberation of the Authority for Electricity and Gas num. 84/2012/R/EEL, Art. 5 (subsequently amended by AEEG resolution 165/2012/R/EEL) requires owners to retrofit a power installations exceeding 50kW connected in Medium Voltage and came into operation no later than 31/03/2012, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements laid down in 'Annex A70 of the Network Code issued by Terna.

If they are not adapted their facilities according to the schedule and the manner prescribed by resolution 84/2012/R/eel, will be notified to the producer and to the Manager of Energy Services SpA - GSE that will suspend the incentives until full adaptation of plants.
The retrofit must be made no later than 31/03/2013, and is paid by the Authority for Electricity and Gas with a prize worth up to € 5,000.00, the amount of which lesses with the passage of time, as shown in AEEG 165/2012/R/EEL.
Please remember that protection systems Lovato Electric (PMVF 30) already comply with the third edition of the CEI 0-16, therefore valid immediately and also for plants whose requests for connections are made after March 31.
