ADAPTATION OF PRODUCTS KACO new energy FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS SET OUT IN PARAGRAPH 4.1 OF THE RESOLUTION OF THE Authority 84/2012/R/EEL 08/03/2012


pursuant to art. 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree December 28, 2000 n. 445

Dear Sirs,

We are pleased to send you the configuration procedure KACO inverters per AEEG Resolution 84/2012/R/EEL of 08-03-2012, which was enacted by the Authority for Electricity and Gas.

The resolution impacts on inverters as regards the field of operation in voltage and frequency.

The procedure inverter configuration can be downloaded from the homepage of the site is www.kaco-newenergy.it and both the products section-PV-grid-connected, clickable at the following link: .
The declaration in lieu of affidavit, prepared pursuant to art. 4 (paragraph to paragraph 4.a) resolves itself, in order to formalize the arrangement of inverters adjustment required by the resolution, will be available later on April 3, 2012.

KACO new energy appliances are adaptable to such resolution by adjusting the inverter as described in the Help menu adjustment AEEG resolution copy of which is given in the annex.
