Tesla Powerwall 2 Gateway
The Backup Gateway 2 of the Tesla Powerwall System allows the management and monitoring of energy in self-consumption and in backup mode.
When the Powerwall is running in backup, the Backup Gateway 2 checks the connection to the network, automatically detecting sudden power outages (blackout) and providing the transition to island operation.
The Backup Gateway 2 communicates directly with the Powerwall unit, allowing the monitoring of the use of domestic energy and the management of the reserve energy destined for backup from any mobile device through the Tesla app.
