FOURTH ENERGY BILL: INCREASE OF 10% FOR USE OF PRODUCTS COMPONENTS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION.
The GSE has integrated subparagraph 4.5.1 of the document "RULES APPLICATION FOR RECOGNITION OF INCENTIVE RATES PROVIDED DM 5 May 2011 (FOURTH FOR SOLAR ENERGY BILL)- July 2011 ", following several requests for clarification received on some specific issues relating to the recognition of the increase provided for in Article 14, paragraph 1, letter d) of the Decree of 5 May 2011 and after acquiring the information given on the advice of the Ministry of Economic Development.
The main changes concern the following points:
The GSE has integrated subparagraph 4.5.1 of the document "RULES APPLICATION FOR RECOGNITION OF INCENTIVE RATES PROVIDED DM 5 May 2011 (FOURTH FOR SOLAR ENERGY BILL)- July 2011 ", following several requests for clarification received on some specific issues relating to the recognition of the increase provided for in Article 14, paragraph 1, letter d) of the Decree of 5 May 2011 and after acquiring the information given on the advice of the Ministry of Economic Development.
The main changes concern the following points:
- extension of the recognition of an additional 10% to the countries that are part of the Agreement on the European Economic Area - EEA (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein)
- definition of a transitional period to allow manufacturers and operators to comply with the requirements for the "factory inspection". The full text of the updated sub is contained in the document downloadable here.
