FOURTH ENERGY BILL - TARIFF ON INCENTIVE AWARD 10% - COENERGIA'S POSITION.

The Fourth Energy Bill provides for the increase of 10% of the feed-in tariff for photovoltaic systems whose investment is at least 60% attributable to products Eurpoea Union.

Article 14, paragraph 1, letter d) of the new decree "Fourth Energy Bill" provides a premium on subsidized rate equal to the increase of 10% of the reference rate"For systems where the cost of investment referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1, letter b) with regard to components other than work, and for not less than 60% due to a production in the European Union ".

Coenergia S.r.l. believes that, in the absence of an official clarification and issue specific guidelines by the GSE, the only institution in charge to take decision on tariffs and related premiums, it is not possible to determine in advance what materials are eligible for the award of which 10% above.

Coenergia advised, in case of purchase by the dealer that certifies the European origin of the material and thus the certainty of being able to receive the premium subsidized rate of 10%, obtain the relevant statement on company letterhead seller, including details and signature of legal representative of that company, which ASKS tHE RIGHT TO REFUND WITH PASSING for the failure to obtain award of subsidized rate for 20 years in respect of the vendor in the event that the GSE does not recognize the additional premium for the 10% subsidized rate on the PV system installed.
