END OF THE FOURTH ENERGY BILL

The GSE, by letter of 12 July 2012, communicated to the Authority for Electricity and Gas, on 12 July 2012, the indicative annual cumulative cost of the incentives paid to PV value reached 6 billion annual euro. The methods of incentives provided by the Fifth Energy Bill, governed by ministerial decree July 5, 2012, pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 3, of the same, shall apply with effect from 27 August 2012.
