- Registration: Access the official Aiko website in the English version and click on SIGN IN. If you don’t have an account yet, click on LOG IN and register by following the instructions.
- Upload your invoices: After logging in, go to your personal area. In the left sidebar, you will find the Alliance Point menu. In this section, you can upload the invoices related to your Aiko module purchases made through Coenergia.
- Redeem your rewards: Once the points from your uploaded invoices are approved, you will be able to choose your reward. Go to the Points redeem menu under the Alliance Point section and select the gift you want. You can then redeem your points to receive it.
- Receive your gift: The reward you selected will be shipped to you within a week of your request. During the shipping process, you will receive email updates to track its progress and delivery.
