ADAPTATION OF PRODUCTS SOLARMAX FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS SET OUT IN PARAGRAPH 4.1 OF THE RESOLUTION OF THE Authority 84/2012/R/EEL 08/03/2012

pursuant to art. 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree December 28, 2000 n. 445 Dear Customer, 84/2012/R/EEL the resolution of the 'Authority for Electricity and Gas (available at http://www.autorita.energia.it/allegati/docs/12/084-12.pdf and downloadable below) requires that all inverters connected to the network after 01/04/2012 implement limits the operating frequency different from those hitherto in force. From 26/03/2012 SolarMax inverter sends Italy with the new parameters already in place regarding all models of string S series and the series MT. To change the parameters on all drives shipped prior to those dates, and all central inverters, there are detailed instructions and the declaration in lieu of affidavit on the possibility of such changes. We take this opportunity to also inform you that, as regards the implementation of the functions required by the resolution by the deadline of 01/07/2012, SolarMax firmware is making the necessary changes to the products, and will make them available within the time schedule.
